What type of energy are you bringing in to your relationships? What type of tribe are you are creating in your life?
How happy are you with your relationships?
How is your relationship with yourself, with your significant other, your family, friends, neighbors, and your community in general?
Have you ask yourself all of any of these questions?
Relationships are a two-way street. People say it takes two to tango, and there is a good reason for that.
Many times we complain about others, but are we paying close attention to our actions and to the energy we are bringing to our relationships? Many times the actions of others are a reflection of ourselves whether it is good or bad.
As humans we are designed to live in a society. We create the friendships, and the tribe for the support we need. Some of us are social butterflies and some of us rather be on our own more than with company. Regardless, we all have relationships of sorts.
Our biological family is the one we are born into, our friends are the family we choose. When we create a tribe, a village with love, respect, compassion, support, and understanding, we reap the benefits because is like a boomerang effect. The energy we put out is the energy we will receive back.
Of course there is always room for improvement in different areas of our lives, but is an ongoing work in progress. Community is one of my most important areas because it takes a village! Things are so much easier when we don't have to do everything alone. But the fact is that in order to create this village, we need to start with ourselves.
How aligned are you? How aligned is your body, mind and soul?
There are energy centers in our bodies that connect with different organs and areas of our body. These energy center are called chakras. They are thought to be invisible energy centers in the body that play a role in our spiritual, emotional, and physical health.The word chakra comes from the Sanskrit word "wheel" or "circle". This word relates to how chakras are portrayed - as spinning balls of dynamic colorful energy throughout the body. They help us to connect our spiritual energetic bodies to our physical bodies.
There are seven total chakras, which start at the base of the spine and up towards the crown of the head.
There are different methods that support the alignment these chakras.
Some of these methods can be though nourishing food, good hydration and better sleep. Crystals are another option, and so are reiki, yoga, breath and meditation, and aromatherapy.
Take time to invest in yourself. Learn more about any of all of these practices to be better aligned. When you are at peace with yourself you can be at peace with the world. When you are at peace you can act with compassion towards others instead of reacting to their actions thus creating more friction and resentment. Remember it takes a village, so let's bring good vibes into it. Be the change you want to see in this world.
