Black Bean Soup

  • 1 pound dried black beans (rinsed and soaked overnight, preferably or at least a couple of hours)

  • 1/2 bunch of coriander

  • 1 green or red bell pepper, or 3 mini bell peppers

  • 1/2 onion

  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt

  • 2 drops Young Living Cilantro Vitality essential oil*
