To help women become the best version of themselves as they approach their second part of their life. I'm here to help you achieve a lifestyle that is reinvigorating because it is never too late to start living life to the fullest.

Who is Gabriela Flores Moncada?

Hello, I am glad you are here! I am Gabriela Flores Moncada. My friends and family call me Gaby. 

 

I am mother of two wonderful young men who have already left the nest. As I enter the second part of my life, my lifestyle has become so much more fulfilling and enjoyable than I ever imagined it could be. Every woman deserves to enjoy life as they get older, there's so much still in store for us. 

 
As many of you know, I am a foodie and chef who enjoys delicious food. Using my talents in the kitchen, I share recipes that can transform your lifestyle.

Even as we age, it's so important we get outside and remain in motion. Staying active and enjoying the great outdoors is a big passion of mine.  

​

Additionally, I am certified practitioner and teacher of yoga. Reiki, a form of energy healing to align your chakras, is also another healing practice I am certified in. These two services work very well alongside with my aromatherapy line of products, so check them out while you're here. 

 

My goal is to help you live a more balanced, energized life. A healthy life is a happy life that encompasses mind, body, and soul. So, that's why I am here, to share all that I am learning so you can join me in this journey.

More About My Journey... 

When I came to the United States I struggled with obtaining a lifestyle where I felt healthy. As a child in Mexico I grew up having living a holistic’ lifestyle. After many health issues and taking too many antibiotics when I arrived in the states, I understood that I had to get back to my roots. 

 

Yoga, Reiki, Aromatherapy, and practicing healthier life choices over time has been a key to keeping my body, mind, and soul more balanced. Additionally, understanding my gut health has been a learning experience throughout my journey. I have learned that a healthy gut is key to a good immune system and an emotional well-being (it's what the brain-gut connection).

As we approach the second part of  life, it is important to stay healthy, have a well-balanced diet, and be active.  As I touched on earlier, I love to incorporate my culinary skills to create healthier versions of our classic family recipes. Some recipes are good for the soul and some are good for the body. Gluten free and dairy free options for those with food sensitivities is also something I offer.
