What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, a type of alternative medicine. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing where universal energy is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.
It is believed that a person’s energy should be strong and free-flowing. Reiki helps heal blockages that prevent your energy from flowing. Reiki helps transform the mind and body back into a positive state of health. To align your chakras and renew your energy, book your Virtual Reiki Session here.
What is the importance of Reiki?
When your energy becomes low or weak it leads to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance. To renew your energy and restore balance, Reiki works to unblock your chakras, the body’s energy centers. A Reiki session can help ease stress and tension by supporting the body's healing on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional.
What can I expect during my Reiki session?
Reiki is not massage nor is it based on belief or suggestion. A Reiki session is traditionally pleasant and relaxing. All you need to do is find a restful location, come to a calm state, and trust your practitioner as they implement palm healing from afar and guide you to a state of relaxation. Please note, Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice.
How does Virtual Reiki Work?

Also known as Distance Reiki or Remote Reiki, Virtual Reiki refers to the practice of energy healing from a distance. Reiki provides healing on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.
In a Virtual Reiki session, your practitioner guides you to relax and get in touch with your inner being. Your doctor then initiates remote palm healing.
The basic premise behind Virtual Reiki is that everyone and everything is connected. Our energy field not only extends beyond our physical body but actually extends indefinitely. That is, we are capable of connecting with each other and with the entire world, beyond the physical through our energy.
Each session will last between 45 and 60 minutes.
A short 5-10 minute recording will be emailed to you to confirm completion.
All sessions require a prepayment to keep time.

Holy Fire® Reiki is a new form of Reiki that was introduced by the International Center for Reiki Training. It is both powerful and gentle while providing purification, healing, empowerment, and guidance.
